What we know about you

Account information
When you create an account, we keep your email and basic account details needed to sign you in and keep your account working.
Content you create
We store the content you add in Costarium, such as systems, links, titles, colors, tags, and activity history, so you can use the app normally.
Telegram integration
If you connect Telegram, we use it to send reminders and to support Telegram-based actions you choose to use.
Service and safety
We may keep limited technical logs to keep the service stable, investigate issues, and prevent abuse.
Analytics
We use product analytics to understand performance and improve the app. We do not sell your personal data.
Data retention and deletion
Your data is kept while your account is active. If you want data removed or exported, contact us and we will help.
02 — Terms of Service
The rules, plainly stated
Effective April 15, 2026
Using Costarium
Use Costarium for lawful bookmarking and knowledge management. You are responsible for account security and activity under your login.
Acceptable use
Do not use Costarium to store illegal content, to spam our systems with automated requests, or to attempt to access other users' data. We may rate-limit or suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Service availability
We try to keep the service available, but uptime is not guaranteed. Features may change as the product evolves.
Billing status
If paid plans are introduced in the future, pricing and billing terms will be clearly shown before purchase.
Account termination
We may limit, suspend, or terminate access for abuse, security risk, or violations of these terms.
Limitation of liability
Costarium is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of the service.

We are committed to keeping your account data private and accessible only to you, except where required to operate the service or comply with law.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We only share data with service providers needed to run Costarium.
Notifications
If notifications are enabled, we use your selected channels to send account-related reminders.
